Welcome to my first batrep.
I ran
Company Command - Company Commander with melta bomb, 4 Meltas, Fleet Officer, Chimera with heavy flamer

Command Squad - 4 Flamers Chimera with heavy flamer
2x Infantry Squad - Melta, chimera with heavy flamer
3x Ordnance Battery
2x Medusas
1 of my chimeras is the lower half of a hydra until I get another chimer stripped and repainted.

Rolled up 2 loot counters and dawn of war, for objectives we used Warmachine Man o War
I won roll for sides and chose the side with least terrain since I have so much armor
I choose to set up nothing, he sets up a rhino with multi melta
tac squad on my right flank next to his objective
Turn 1.0:
I roll up everything.
I roll for night fight and the front tank gets a search light off. I shoot at the Rhino and destroy it with the first medusa squad's shooting. Next chimera searchlights the squad, and the next medusa squad opens up. All chimeras also open up on the squad in the open.
Turn1.5:
He walks on everything but his scouts (which he forgets and then later outflanks).
Left flank gets Plasmacannon squad, assault and shooty terms.
Middle gets lascannon tacs, and assault marines.
Right flank gets vindicator and whirlwind, sternguard walk on with libby in the far corner behind the hill.
Overall board turn 1.5
The whirlwind shoots the command chimera in the center, scatters 8 inches onto the left flank chimera and pops it. 2 flamer guardsmen die in the fire.
Turn 2.0:
I advance my line 6 inches and open up.
First I shoot the shooty terms with the left flank medusas, killing all but 2. The chimeras open up on the plasma cannon squad
The command chimera can see the termi sarge on the hill and kills him.
The right flank medusas open up on the multi melta squad killing a few, then the chimeras open up killing the last few.
Turn 2.5:
Scouts are denied by a master of the fleet.
The sternguard gate up next to the company command chimera
Termis advance and shooting starts. Vindicator stuns a chimera. Plasma tacs overheat and save.
Sternguard shoot everything at the chimera and do nothing.
Turn 3.0:
3 of the right flank chimeras break off towards the sternguard and unload their guardsmen, who unload into the sternguard. Killing all but 1 and the libby.
They then fall back 11 inches.
It takes all 4 right flank medusas to pop the vindicator .
Turn 3.5:
Assault marines leave the ork town, Termis advance.
Plasma tacs fire and do nothing. Whirlwind fires on the now soft guardsmen.
And makes a nice hole.
The smaller squad breaks off the table.
Shooty termi charges the right most left flank chimera and destroy it, Assault Termis charge and destroy the far left chimera killing 5 guardsmen in the tank and pinning them.
Turn 4.0:
My tanks advance, and disembark a squad by the right objective.
Medusas open up on the assault marines and do nothing, left flank medusas kill 1 assault terminator.
Guardsmen open up on the assault marines and kill all but 2. Chimeras kill the last stern guard.
Turn 4.5:
Scouts are foiled again, Assault termis head for the left objective.
Assault marines move closer to the guardsmen to set up a nice flamer hit.
Whirlwind opens up on the guard line
Assault marines fire next and kill a few
Assault termis charge the infantry squad near the objective and destroy them.
Turn 5.0:
Guardsmen advance up the hill towards the right objective, tanks move.
All medusas open up on the assault termis and destroy them.
Guardsmen in the middle kill the last 2 assault marines.
Turn 5.5:
Scouts finally show up on the left flank
Tac squad breaks from the ork town and makes it to the left objective
Whirlwind kills all but 2 guardsmen on the hill (the last 2 do not hold the objective).
The scouts kill the 3 guardsmen on the left, and the game is called because of time.

He ended up having the left objective and I had nothing so win for him.
It's been a while since he played so we were basically just having fun with it.
He took a couple of photos while we were playing so we'll see if they show up.
