First, you can give point totals for a unit/character, but please don't give itemized price lists like you have. That can get Dakka in trouble with GW's lawyers. Please edit that as fast as you can!

Second... Nice start of core troops, but you might want to consider changing one of those spearmen units to something else for some flexibility. Perhaps a unit of 5 Cold One Knights without upgrades (the upgrades really don't add much to COK for the steep price), which comes out to the same price as your spearman units do. Or perhaps a unit of 10 Witches with Standard and the Banner of Murder (same price again). Or 10 Corsairs with Standard and Sea Serpent Standard (once again, same price)...

You know, that's wierd! Three perfectly viable alternate units for exactly the same price as your spearmen...

Or you might consider a smaller replacement unit (say, 5 Shades with Great weapons) and using the points saved to give the spearmen the War Banner. +1 SCR is very handy for a unit that makes it's living on SCR!

The sorceress looks fine, that is one of my standard builds. She is useful both for offense and defense, and with her own Power of Darkness spell she should give the other side more magic than they can handle.

I think you took Vulcan's first statement a bit too literally. You can state what the units have just don't list the itemized point costs, list the final price of the unit.

Sorceress - Items/Upgrades - 185
20x Warriors - Full Command - 135
5x Harpies - 55
10x Witches - Banner of Murder - 135

What kind of suggestion for your list depends on a couple of things. Is your group using the Warbands rules? If so, your Sorceress can only be 150pts, no more. Is the group using the point limit of 510? This is a little odd; most people use an even 500 points.

Have you already purchased these models and are trying to make a list, or are you still in the planning process? Right now you're lacking two Core units (Harpies do not count towards Core requirements), so you'll need to add in something else. What kind of list are you wanting to run? Ranked infantry? Fast and highly maneuverable? Magic-heavy? Monsters?

We still need to know what rules you are playing by. Like Kirbinator said, for warbands your sorceress is over the point limit. You only have one core unit, because harpies don't count so no matter what rules you go by you still need to have 2 core units. Give us a little more information and we can give some better advice. We know you want a magic heavy army, but do you have any preference in how the rest of the army fights? (shooty, cc, fast) Do you already own certain models or really like the look of certain ones and don't care if they are the best choice?

While magic heavy lists are good, at 500 or 510 points I have to quesiton if a sorceress is worth it. DE magic is expensive and at that small a points total, is it worth just casting a magic missle with the opponent having 2 dispell dice?

Like others have said I need a bit more information to offer better suggestions.
