Well Im not a huge fan of tailoing lists to fight your opponent, here are some tips that work well against nids, but in general can be used in any competetive deamon build.
1. Use Skulltaker. Those big bugs die on a 4+ if he gets into them, they die outright. He is also useful vs T. wolf cavalry and all the new Blood Angel charachters soon to hit the table.
2. Deamon prince of Nurgle, I would take 2. I would also cut own the points. Since you have Nox. touch and you wound on 2+ you dont need Unholy might, save the points. Also, Breath is OK on the princes, but not neccesary. You get one shot and then you charge into melee. A lot of times I dont shoot it anyways, because I want to assault and I dont want my opponent to pull casualties so I cant make melee. I understand you could use it the turn you arrive, but generally it will be difficult to deepstrike within range, risking 240+ points.
I like the blood crushers and soulgrinder in the list. I would put Skulltaker on a Jug. Also I would downgrade Kugath to a Great Unclean One. He will be just fine and save you 140 or so points. Give him cloud of lfies and you are set.

I dont think a skulltaker is needed with this list. Skulltaker is weaker with less wounds, and is really quite tough to use.
Another thing is you have gone too crazy with your upgrades. Not all the units need every upgrade. Go with tounge or phlegm not both in the soul grinders. I would reccomend phlegm as BS 3 doesnt work well with tounge. Either get noxious touch or unholy might, not both. I would remove death strike on the bloodthirster. You might use it once, maybe its not worth the points.
Versus nids i would highly recommend aura of decay on your Daemon Prince. The 6" radius range is very good for thinning out gaunts or swarms of units.
I think kugath is a good choice specifically vs nids. Necrotic missiles, nurgling infestation, cloud of flies, and aura of decay will be extremely usefull.
I personally dont like flesh hounds and i would add more troops instead, but thats really personal opinion.
Might i ask what the waves will be?
