Not a bad list. The only changes I would do is add boss poles to your boyz because you will need them, ghazgkull can only call a waaagh! once which helps them. After that and when you start take wounds you will fail morale.

Warbikes are ok, but deffkopters are better. Kopters can scout so if you get first turn turbo boost forward, or outflank maybe. You don't take terrain tests either. Give them rokkits and buzzsaws and they can threaten tanks in the shooting and assault turn.

Bosspoles have tended not to matter for me. I used to take them, but when Dash and some others said to try without it still worked. The Boyz squads either are fearless so they won't run and the bosspole will do nothing or will take leadership whichthey will probably fail given they lost combat.

I wantedto try the Warbiker out since I have plenty of biker models. I don't see how Koptas are better though. They cost more, almost three bikers when kitted out with saw and rokkit, and are easier to kill. They could kill a vehicle turn one, but it is iffy. Turn two the bikers give me a garated vehicle dead, assuming they live.

I'd recommend bosspoles. They're a waste of five points until you need a reroll. Trukk mobs end up taking alot of morale/pinning checks and bosspoles come in handy there.

How about boarding planks on the trukks?

My mobs generally don't have of problem with tests. Either they are still fearless from being above 10 boyz or Thraka has Waaagh! The times I've had to roll it has been at LD7 or lower so it hasn't matted much, or maybe i just roll really good. Baording Planks on Trukks I feel are counter intuative. You can't use it unless you are going 12(13) or less, which if I'm going that slow just assaulting the vehicle would work too, with some exceptions. I understand it could be worth it, but finding the points is the problem. It would take 25 points just in bosspoles and 15 more in adding those planks. For either dropping a single bike would solve, but to get both I'd have to find an extra 15 points.

How about dropping the burna from the big mek? That will give you three boarding planks and one bosspole. Boarding planks are great for keeping the boyz in the trukk. Plank attacks also give dreads headaches. My argument would be that a trukk with a plank is a threat and if the opponent has to shoot at a trukk instead off a wagon you're off to a good start.

Orks are fearless is mobz are 11 or more, you have 3 trukk boy units so lose just 3 and you're no longer fearless and leadership 9. And let's face it killing 3 orks is easy. Ghazgkull's fearless only works for a turn as well, which the orks are fearless. Once that's over and your orks take wounds they'll face morale tests as no longer fearless. So those bosspoles can be a life saver if used, so for 5 points not bad.

Kopters have 2 wounds for a extra 10 points and they also do not take terrain tests. Only by adding rokkits and a buzzsaw puts there cost up, which makes them more better for a particular role. So for base cost they're better, but when popping on wargear of course you can get more bikers for your koptas. They're not easier to kill as still T5 like bikers and have 4+ armour save, bikers only have 4+ cover save. They will more than likely kill a vehicle first turn either with rokkits or the saw, remember the vehicle they're attacking hasn't moved yet so auto hit and most armour is 10 on the rear. What bikers can do koptas can do too.

Better! Though remaining bikers do not serve much purpose, besides being a distraction unit or perhaps one tank killer job. Not sure what you'd replace them with though besides another kopter.

I guess you could get another tooled out kopter and if you have the points another 3 kopters naked, or with rokkits maybe. Now running in units of 2's you can play wound allocation because they have different wargear and you can perhaps keep the buzzsaw ones alive longer

If I had another Trukk, I would drop the bikers for it as it would fill out those last points, and I might just dothat f I can get the money for another Trukk, extremly possible, but you never know.

Hmmm your trukk units are 162 so only costing you 2 points more than bikers.

If you do this you could pair your trukks up so can split off into two units of two.

I don't know if I'll be able to write notes and type of a good battle report later, but I'll make sure to say how it went.
