Wherever they tell me

I've been wanting to start a bug army for several years now and with the new codex I decided to take the plunge and do it.

This is the current 2k list I have and was hoping for some tips on how to make it better.

HQ
Swarmlord
Hive Tyrant - Heavy Venom Cannon, LW & BS, Hive Commander, Leech Essence, Psychic Scream

Troop
10 Genestealers with Broodlord, Furious charge and Scything talons
10 Termagaunt with Fleshborer
Tervigon with Crushing Claws and Stinger Salvo
20 Hormagaunt, Furious charge and Poisoned

Fast Attack
Harpy with TL Heavy Venom Cannon, Cluster Spines

Heavy Support
2 Mawloc with Regeneration
1 Trygon Prime with Regeneration

Tactics:
I currently plan to start the game with the Hive Tyrant, Swarmlord, Termagaunts, both Mawlocs, and the Tervigon on the board. Deep strike the Trygon and Harpy, then outflank with the Genestealers and the Hormagaunts. Also, I choose to go second.

1st turn: Burrow with the two Mawlocs. Move the Tervigon towards the closest objective, Termagaunts and Swarmlord towards an objective that is more towards the middle of the board, and the Sniper Tyrant to a place where he can provide covering fire.

2nd turn: With the +2 to my reserve rolls, everything should come in for the most part. The two Mawlocs will come up where they can do the most damage, the Trygon near the enemy and preferably in cover, the Harpy where he can provide covering fire, and the Genestealers and Hormagaunts on whichever side has people closer to the edge (the re-roll on the outflank makes this reliable).

From then on everything will just work on widdling down the enemy forces, with the hormagaunts moving after another objective if it there is one.

Please let me know how to either better make the list or my tactics, as well as the best way to lower the points down to 1850 for tournaments.

Also, I felt I should post pictures of my army for comments and critiques. So without further ado, here they are:
