Alright so I had this idea. I used to play the deathwing but sold them. Models werent exciting and they were too static. But suddenly sanguinary guard. So i figured why not make a sanguinary guard spam list. Features lots of melta weapons and 2 priests for FNP goodness. Takes advantage of the 5th edition mentality of high shots over high ap shots.

These two just chill in storm ravens or if need be in guard squads. They are just there to make my army practically immune to small arms fire. After that they dont matter.

Give me some armor, give me some awesome alpha strike ability. Something for my priests to hide in, and they let me take out units like dreadnoughts from range. Things I really dont want my army getting up close too.

Its not meant to be the uber competitive list. Something that can put up a fight against most things though. I want something that I can play against lower level players and beginners and gives both me and them a challenge.
