Well, here are some photos of some finished Sternguard for a Salamanders force. The black helmets were meant to designate Veteran status (rather like the white helmets on codex chapters).

Solid work! I really like the tone of green that you achieved on these models. It seems a bit lighter than the standard Salamander's green (at least to my eyes) but it really works well--especially with the flames.

The green on these guys is done with some P3 paints. The starting green (Ordic Olive) is a little lighter and more neutral than the standard Salamanders green, and I highlighted by mixing it with a bone color.

I was pleased with how the color worked compositionally.
