I'm starting out my first Marine Army, going Blood Angels, to make the Blood Talons for my dreadnought I was thinking about using terminator powerfists and craft blades for them out of plasticard or something. But my real issue is that I have no idea how big the actual powerfists for termies are compared to the arm of a dreadnought or the powerfist of a venerable, anyone got a good pic or measurements that'd be great.

Cheers

The Dreadnought PF is far larger.

Sure is... Thanks mate. Anyone got a good idea of what to use instead, saying I'll want to use the venerable ornate powerfist for the left hand blood talon?

Changing out the little stubby fingers on a traditional DCCW for claws is the obvious choice.

Yeah, but I was going more for the lightning claw look, but that might not happen now

It's gonna look pretty weedy if i'm honest.
The Dreadnought PF is about the same size as a terminators torso.
Hope this helps.

Just get the ornate fist from the Venerable Dreadnought and add claws to it. The closed one is identical to a powerfist
