ok guys i have finished it. i have realised that in future, i will use transfers for shoulder markings, as you can see the bad attempt of doing the fast attack mark on the marines right shoulder. you can see on both shoulder pads an HUGE amount of gloopy paint. it is from all the layers i used up just trying to get to a reasonable standard. I actually quite liked the way the black wash i used at the end went into all the cracks made by the DA mark. although on pictures it just looks terrible. C&C welcome
