Opening this to insure my refund goes smoothly, as I have seen numerous others with issues with this trader.

Bought a bunch of buildings from RSO three weeks ago and waited 2 1/2 weeks to get them shipped to me. It was a huge amount of stuff so I let the delays go. Until I started received a barrage of PMs from other people waiting for things from RSO.

At first I told him about the PMs and he acted like it was none of my business. As a person who had sent him money with nothing to show for it, I felt it was. I was trying to give him a chance to defend himself.

So, after lags in communication and about 5 people PMing me asking if I had received my things (since they were still holding out hope) I filed a dispute with Paypal.

RSO immediately responded to that and after a bit of messaging he agreed to refund my money. Which I am still waiting for (much like others.

Not sure what else to say, feel free to post in here if you are one of the people in our little RSO support group.

I will update if/when I have my $ back.

At this point you seem to have a serious grudge and need to just relax.

That said, please stop posting in my threads.

If needed ill post the screen shot here because, you DID receive it and confirmed it, even saying "huh, i wonder why paypal isnt showing me" or something along those lines.

I don't want a refund, I want what I paid for. The last two times I e-mailed you you responded within minutes. This time it took a week and an additional e-mail. I told you I have had issues with people as well and that I would be cool as long as there was communication and some progress made. I'm sorry for posting how I feel on the thread, but it was the truth.

As I said before, part of the reason you gave before was that you needed them out of the way but yet you're draggin your feet. I don't know what to think at times.

I never have said im not slow and dont have real life things that come up all the time. That said, I offered a refund days ago, then again 22 hours before you filed the claim.. so please dont say i offered it only after some nastyness..

I filed my claim only after you refused to answer my question of whether you could ship it this week or not. The same dodging tactics that I read over on page after page Bartertown that someone helpfully linked me to.

I don't have any grudge, I just want my money back. I have received nothing from Paypal saying it's coming. Excuse me for being the least bit apprehensive.

Excuse you after ive sent you a screen shot, you agreed with it, and your emails turned nice again. Then the emails stopped and the posting has begun..

Whatever nurgleboy77.. you were refunded the money. Its not my problem paypal is doing whatever. Again, you were sent a screen shot, paypal says its RESOLVED on my end. As in its not even on my list anyone.

Please sir, read my post. You filed your claim not even a full day after asking me. I explained above and to you, I dont have 24/7 net access. Im sorry you thought in less then a day of nmot replying, I was ignoring you.

I didnt read your question asking me if i was shipping by the end of the week until AFTER you had filed the claim. So, you claiming I refused to anwser your question so thats why you filed is absurd. You filed before I even had a chance to read the question.

In the end, I understand why your upset and why you got so frustrated. im simply saying, i sent you a screen shot. you saw I refunded the money, in fact, ill attach it here for all to see.

I edited out the email account itself. I left the basic name as its his same name on ebay. So its not private info.

So seriously, close this thread. I sent THREE screen shots and even the email from paypal saying its COMPLETED.

I have received an e-mail that the refund is due, but the funds have yet to clear.

I will update when I have the $230 in my account in full.

All I blocked out was your email domain. Your user name is the same as your ebay so no need to block it.

I also didnt want to post anything but seeing as how alot of facts are left out and this whole report is BS....I felt the need.

I think that, at this point, it would be best if both of you kept this to PMs (following ALL the rules of the site!) until S.T.D. can confirm funds in his account.

Further public mud-slinging really isn't going to benefit anyone.

the last $67 of the refund cleared today. Glad this is finally done.Whew!

Ironically it arrived the same time the huge box of buildings I bought off another member here (with my initial refund) did as well.
