I have decided to sell off a good chunk of what I have left for 40k.
Prefer online payment, especially google checkout, which is very easy to use.
It takes me about 3 days to ship, sometimes less, rarely a bit longer.
All lots come with extra bits and gun types if appropriate.

Imperial/SM:
-2 plastic SM dreadnoughts on Sprues 23 ea
-10 assault terminators 30
-5 scouts plastic on sprues (current bix set) 13

-2 new plastic Devastator squads on sprues 18 ea

I Also have 2 of GW's large army boxes/cases, the ones with shoulder straps. Both are Dark Green. They retail for 90, I'd like 65 each or 120 for both.

I am looking for cash or Legos, another sickness I suffer from 8)

Did anyone else do a deal with Mortix? If so did you actually get what was agreed to? I feel a transaction report comming on.

Communication was fine until I asked about my missing items. I haven't heard from him since.

Mortix also had some previous post linked to some sales on ebay, and that ebay account is now deactivated, and has a trail of bad reports at the end of it's "life".

Have been offline dealing with tornado issues in AL since the 24th, this deal:

Family Farm trashed, tree in house, etc.

Have fixed or refunded orders, or will next day or so, back online and home.
Been out of 40k for a while, was just dead wrong on what a few things were.
Had one person pay for something 6 days late, duplicate sale occured.

Have not had a chance to reply to all PMs, doing that now as best I can, not selling anything else until yall are square.
Only aware of 3 current issues out of about 12 sales.

Old ebay account was closed and orders refunded a while back when I broke my back, 3 level spine surgery.

Can't argue with Nature. Recover and worry about 40k later.

You Emailed me that you shipped those cases out last Friday, via 3 day FedEx, and I haven't seen them yet.

You also haven't responded with a tracking number as I requested.

We're coming up on a month since I paid for them.

[Edit] Also, I see you online here at Dakka almost every day. 2nd Also, your address and phone number report you as being in Georgia, not Alabama.

I've sent several Emails and PM's with no response in over a week. That response was, "I sent the items via 3 day FedEx." You do the math.

Also, I believe unless you are dealing with him as well, your opinion is moot, post not needed, etc.... I guess you could send me $140 and then I'll turn the trade over to you.
