To my knowledge, the first official GT after the release of the Blood Angel Codex was the Slaughter in Space, April 17-18 2010.

My Stormraven was the only one being played, so again, to my knowledge this is the first Stormraven to ever be played in a GT.

Oh, and for the record this army took Players Choice, though I fully believe it was based mostly on the Stormravem.
