Don't get cute with the plasma pistol. besides you are five points over so scratch the unnecessary wargear.

The BA dex is so crazy I am curious why you are sending in a deathwind ML?

Honestly, why tacticals over assault marines for your troops?

IMO you are missing the real meat and potatoes of the BA dex. Not to say you won't see success but I just see a winner with this one.

Sorry for being negative

On a positive note I think your assault termies are spot on. Get them a Sang Priest and ride.

I have a love /hate relationship with anything green.

np, I have one thing to say, You may need a plasma pistol when you least expect it, I had an Ironclad come in with a dop pod right in the middle of my two squads and a plasma to its back took it out,

about the troops choices, I learnt that even If you have even hundreds of assult marines, you have to have the firepower and the Stong men that can take point at range to hold objectives, with the drop pod and the Rhino I can get the two squads where I need them to be pritty fast too if Its a kill point match

I don't really Know what to get rid of on this list, to beef it up a bit, Tank or special unit wise

BAs are fast and move forward quickly. Fast Vindis and outflanking Baals are where its at besides dread variants for the BAs.

Assault units with or without packs should be your core.

A solid Sang Priest support is probably the biggest benefit of the BA dex.

Other than that I think it is completely up to you and your distinct play style as to how you build the list.

Yeh, I do have a ride for my termies, it's just a bit too point expensive, I think I'm going to get rid of my deathwind and 10 more points to get my priest a jump pact and get him flying along with the dread, reclusiarch and assult marines. Thanks for the advice it's very useful

I replaced my sgt's thunderhammer with a powerfist to cut off those extra 5 points

Small changes to the list that I would make would be to replace the PF on the Reclusiarch with Melta Bombs and ride the power weapon. This is a character you don't want to be striking last with.

The Librarian is an investment and I would give him a Stormshield for the extra protection as he will be singled out, a lot in CC.

As to the tactical squad I would drop the Multi Melta for another missile launcher or plasma cannon and drop the plasma pistol on the sergeant and give him a Powerfist or TH as I beleive every sergeant in a 10 man should have one or the other. Personally I like to keep a Tactical Squad in a Rhino use the top hatch to use special weapons or tank shock then drop a flamer template on the new nicely grouped up enemies. The Rhino will keep the squad in tact vs a lot of small fire that will chip away at its unit size and offers a lot of other options as well. Again depends on the play style you wish to go.
