Here's my latest Dreadnought. A Furioso slicing up a gaunt with the crazy new Blood Talons rule! He is a new Venerable Dreadnought with Death Company head and Forgeworld arms. When painting the talons I went with the description used for lightning claws (cause Blood Talons use the same rules) that each talon is a mini power weapon.

Any feedback greatly appreciated!

Let me guess: You made the Tyranid the same colors as the ones a Tyranid player at your local group uses? Love the pose.

But yeah, lovely. Only problem I have is the snow covered rocks on the base don't really follow gravity; typically, snow covers the top of the rock thicker and does not cover the rest.

I literally just bent the tail. lol. Plastic can be bent, you just have to be careful. Push and hold, let go for a bit, then repeat until you think it can bend no more!

I like it, but I have one quibble. His head is exposed without a helmet. Seems very squishy for a dread.

apparently to the fluff its dark blackish purple is it not?

When you said blood, I thought you meant copious amounts of it, and just slathering your Furioso in it. This is tasteful and artistic, and the piece is excellent! The purple blood is a very nice touch, and I love the Blood Talons! Great work!

His head is armored by RAGE. Obviously.

cool dread but, to be honest, i'm more interested in seeing your sanguinor that's off to his left! can you post a zooming in pic of him?
