Any comments are welcome, farseer is either going with the guardians near avatar and keeps casting fortune on him, or she goes with the harlies and does the same.

Well, looks not bad.
The Guardians will walk in the Avatar's fearless bubble and
it appears that the Harlies are there for counter-strike.
I'd reconsider the two small GJB squadrons; I'd prefer a larger unit.

The farseer should not go with harlies since they will loose ignore terrain.
I would take one 6man GJB squad isntead of 2 4 man.

The spare pts could be spent on taking Eldrad. Divination is good in a foot slogger list and 2 fortunes/turn is great.

Hmm , 5 man jetbike unit (4 guardians and 1 warlock) i think is strong enough , besides that gives me two flamers and two scoring units, I plan to keep them in reserve (against marines and anything in 3+ armour) and then go for the score, or using them from the beginning against anything else
My only fear is that apart from the Wraithlords I do not have anti tank power, avatar only has 12 " range and the jetbikes are very fragile.

Imo you have enough anti horde as is. With two cannons in a squad they can actually do something at range and thus you should always need to stick them in reserves. Why would you only deploy them on the board if you dont go up against MEQ?

To get two extra shots from shuricannon, and I could also react on my opponent on turn two and it can be some kind of a threat

This is a very poor attempt at a very poor build.

FootDar doesn't even pretend to work without Eldrad to keep the Avatar alive long enough for anyone to even care.

You have virtually no anti-tank, and virtually all that you have has a 6" range or less.

Keeping 200-ish points in Reserve because you are simply afraid of them dying is handicapping yourself, and the theme does that plenty already.

Wraithlords are pants, because Vendettas exist.

I simply cannot imagine an IG army that would not table you. I can't see any army having serious problems with your list - literally, once the 'Lords and Harlies go down, the list has nothing. Once the Avatar goes, your Troops are going to get broken - or else just slaughtered. T3 5+ has NEVER been survivable in 40k, and it's less so that ever.

If you face a Land Raider, Leman Russ or Battlewagon even, you may as well concede.

Well, maybe not the Battlewagon. Outflanking those Walkers might nuke it. lol

I do not read BoLs since their suggestions are ... well just said they suck a lot
I have never before played footeldar and I would like to try it

For Land raider I have got lances, and trust me it is enough to deal with it, not always You need fire dragons in falcon( which is for my standard lists )
I have farseer with fortune so I do not see the point of takind eldrad, besides specials are banned on a tournament.
Keeping 200 in reserve is not a bad idead, since there are missions where the scoring units counts, we are not always playing on a annihilation rules LOL.

Try it, by all means - but you NEED more anti-tank.

Also, like I said, without Eldrad, the Avatar or the Farseer will be shot up in fairly short order. You need double Fortune. Divination also mitigates the lack of mobility somewhat.
