Okie-dokie....lets see here.
Battlewagons....check. Mech Orks.
Three battlewagons....check. Wargear....eh, I like grabbin' klaws and grot riggers but to each their own.
Bik Mek with KFF, with a powerklaw apparently doing double duty as tank-busting...check.
Burnas in the middle with the KFF, flanked by two battlewagons - solid wall of AV14 screening two trukks in the rear that serve as reserves and assault backups...also check.
Now we get into the problems.
1. There is no such thing as a decent mid-sized ork unit. I take units of 5 Lootas. It takes two casualties for me to have to take a leadership. You've spent twice as many points for twice as many orks....and it only takes one more casualty for you to have to do the same, and then you're testing at the SAME leadership that I am for my 75 point unit. Not cool!
2. You have the same problem with your Burnas. A unit of 10 gets their battlewagon exploded. Statistically, you lose 3. Causes leadership, and you have almost a 50/50 chance of running. Also not cool.
I think you should figure out what you're trying to do here. If you want serious Loota firepower, you need 15 Lootas. If you're looking for potential anti-tank and MSU diversification, you need 5 Lootas. But those are your two choices. Five Lootas or 15 units; I honestly think everything in between is a mistake.
Your burnas: Same thing. They're I3 on the charge if they're not going through terrain, and when you assault into something, chances are its going first and is going to kill some. If you lose 4-5 burnas, you've only got 5-6 burnas swinging power weapons back instead of 10-11 burnas. That's 15-18 attacks. For me, burnas are a 15 model unit always. The only time I've considered taking less was for the SoCal Slaughter in space where taking 13 of them put me under 200 points because KP were rounded up. IE, 225 points = 3 killpoints and 195 = 2 killpoints.
Go 15/5 Lootas or 5/5 or 15/15, but not 10/10. My personal take; I would do 5/5 Lootas, kick burnas up to 15, and use the remaining 75 points to buy a third deffkopta, with 5 points left over to give the Big Mek a Grot oiler.
Also....your warboss on a bike doesn't fit into your army. If you go first, your deffkoptas will be out scouting and doing turn1 shoot/assaults to get you some anti-armor. If you don't go first, they're in reserve and your bike is hiding so it doesn't get shot up and gibbed....hiding behind battlewagons likely, putting him 7-8" behind the line, or not in an effective place to do anything. What's the goal here with him? Why by himself? Why not a warboss in a battlewagon that breaks off when you need him to and goes after stuff solo if that's your intent? I think that a lone Warboss on a bike is probably a mistake. Give him Nob bikers or stick him in a battlewagon, but not a lone model with a 4+ save asking to be removed from the game on turn1 or 2. A couple power weapons and he's toast. A couple scorcha templates....he's toast.
