Well, title says it all. I've been building this army up. Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend 'Ard Boyz this year but none-the-less I will post my list. It will be ready for the tourney next year and any feedback would be greatly appreciated. The list is competitive and yes, people underestimate it. But please stick to the theme of the list when giving feedback.
Thanks.

Army Total: 2500 pts. exactly.
The idea of the army is fast strikes that maximize power. I combat squad all the scouts. I tabled a Black Templar player in a half of a turn by surrounding his six raiders and melta'ing them. I didn't surround all of them but i had it to a point so when they got out, heavy flamers and Avenger were eating his troops up. He made a tactical mistake on his part by deploying. However he didn't know I would infiltrate so he went for the bull rush. The army is fragile but will have the game decided within the first two turns likely, for good or bad. I like the list as of now but changes are welcome. I won't change the idea of the list but swapping somethings or completely removing one or two things will fall on open ears. Thanks.

And what exactly do you mean by that?

Cool. It's not cookie cutter, and it fits a theme. I can see it having real problems against a few select armies, but it should do well against most armies.

Do any of the sniper scouts have camo cloaks? I'm actually a big fan of scouts with a 2+ cover save.

Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is, but they’ll never know this. Not until it’s too late.

That actually looks pretty killer. What kind of general tactics will you be following? Personally, I would infiltrate and use sniper fire to pin units approaching objectives.

That's sorta of what I'm aiming for. No pun intended. I will, in almost all situations but DoW be infiltrating the entire army. Tigurius lets me get the remaining reserves when I want them and if I outflank, well, the chances will be higher for a turn 2 mass arrival. Generally, I'll attempt to surround vehicles and trap the passengers and shoot the tank so they die. If they don't, they cluster up in a little space and are Thunderfire Cannon fodder. If anything is left from that, then they get charged. It doesn't always work, but oh well. I'll run two power fist sarge combat squads with the shotguns in two HF Storms for some good response junk and Telion, rocket and 3 snipers in the HB one for a firing, scoring, platform. That's mostly what I do while the Inquisitor is there for some firepower but mostly for a key to a Callidus. The Callidus uses the redeploy 6" thing to help me surround a vehicle. Again, the neural shredder is great for the bunched enemies that get out. That's how I generally play it.

Now that you mention it, they don't. 3 general points about what you said though.
1. Yea, I hate cookie cutter. Besides, this list was a hell of a lot of fun to convert and paint.
2. I totally forgot about my bolster covers. Now that you mention it I will try to work some cloaks in. Probably drop the gun servitors on the OM Inquisitor Lord.
3. 2+ is awesome from scoring units that are pinning troops from afar. I agree. I'm totally a fan of that and will think of something to drop in order to add in the cloaks. I don't, however, know what. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

P.S. I love the word schadenfreude. I play MTG, 10th company and DA. How could I not?

The callidus is awesome and I almost always tell others to take her over the other assassins. With this army lsit though, the Eversor might be a good buy. It gives you a scary CC character, can still infiltrate, and has melta bombs. It has better synergy with the list. Having said that, I understand the Callidus's word in the ear power rocks.

I'll have to play test that. I totally agree on the CC support. However, as you stated, the word in your ear allows me to surround a vehicle. Who knows, but I'll definitely give it a try. Thanks for the input!
