It would depend on the tournament. So you would really need to ask the TO to get a clear ruling.

Normally 3+ colours and based is allowed, but that could differ depending on where you are.

just to reiterate, it's generally 3 colors and based and you meet that criteria easily.

Thats alot more than I see at out tourneys...

Sadly this includes some of mine. If our store required 3 or more colors, they would either have a bad turnout, or triple stripe figs (where someone hits them with 3 spray colors using a masking board) lol
