You apparently suffer from selective reading. You look at letters but words and meanings form in your head only if they are not against your arguments.
Anyway, there should be a FAQ for this. If you don't want it to be FAQed that means you are afraid of being wrong. PERIOD.

There HAS been a FAQ - Lukas, which supports that RfP /= remove as a casualty. Or did you miss it the last few times it was pointed out to you?

Erm, you did read the FAQ, yes?
It specifies that those who have abilities that work against "removed [from play] as a casualty" works against Lukas. Delineating that as a different thing that removed from play.
Shocking, I know.
Also - an FAQ hasnt been needed for what, 3 years now? You do realise WBB also worked on the same trigger, yes?

It delineates nothing. A FAQ is an answer to a specific question. I could argue that since WBB is characterised as "return to play" it directly counters remove from play. But since WBB isn't there anymore and we are talking about JotWW, a FAQ is needed. If you think you are right, you should ask for it too. That will shut me up for good...

Oh dear, terrible attempt at a non argument there. It DOES differentiate between the two terms, quite nicely. Shame you cant see it.
Apparently you dont understand the difference between the two terms in use. That's fine.
A FAQ isnt needed, because the rules are insanely clear. To the vast, vast majority of people over the last 3 years anyway.
So, RAW: RfP /= Removed as a Casualty. End.

Well wouldn't be the 1st time that something that looked "insanely clear" to some people, it got FAQed the other way around.
The difference between you and me is that although it is "insanely clear" to me of the opposite, yet I want a FAQ to end this dispute, either way, once and for all. I ain't afraid of getting a faq that proves me wrong. It isn't ego that drives me. I just don't want people using cheesy abilities to cheat me out of the best potential my army can give.

Why shout "CHEAT", when it isnt cheating?
It was true for WBB, and its true for RP which uses the exact same trigger. It means when i play Justicar Thawn he WILL be the one that fails his Init test and cannot use his ability. THat isnt being cheated, that;s the rules
You have yet to provide *any* real rules support that equates Removes from Play and Remove as Casualty, in any thread.

This has gotten past the JotWW. I don't refuse to accept that many people think it works like you or Nos seems to believe. But since there are many people that think the opposite, I believe a FAQ is needed to confirm who's right or wrong. And I get attacked for that? Is that reasonable?
