In a casual game, yeah, no problem, Heavy 2. In a competitive game at a tournament, you'll need to provide the proof to the TO or your opponent, which means the actual document ( not a pdf, they can be faked) and of course, a way to translate it.

Otherwise my Swahili copy of Codex Space Marines will be used to give all Marines AP2 bolters and 2++ rerollable saves and Str 7 AP2 power weapon attacks.

How do I get a copy of the actual document (not a pdf, they can be faked) of the FAQ PDFs, including the other languages? Do I have to mail GW a letter again?

My brothers, it is actually very easy to provide this proof to your TO. I already did this with mine and the entire club is fine with it. All the FAQs are on the GW site itself, which cannot be faked. You don't need to translate them either, as the entries look something like this:

Page 48 – Lance-missiles Typhoon
Remplacez “48 ps 5 5 Lourde 1, petit gab. d’expl., jumelés”
par
“(Frag) 48 ps 4 6 Lourde 2, Explosion
(Antichar) 48 ps 8 3 Lourde 2”

(That's the French version: http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m2420374a_FAQ_Black_Templars_6%C3%A9d_version_1_0_-_juillet_2012)

This is really self-explanatory. The links I provided are direct GW links, you can see that in the addresses. These are the 'actual official impossible to fake FAQs'. But if you want to walk someone through it in person, all you need to do is use phone that can browse the Internet:

1. Go to the GW site.

2. Change your country to a non-English speaking one. Similar languages to English like French and German are probably easiest. It's very easy to do this even if you don't speak this language as many of the terms are spelled almost the same.

3. Go to the search function and type in "FAQ".

4. Go into the 40k FAQs.

5. Go to the Black Templar 6th ed FAQ.

6. Scroll down to the page 39 and 48 entries, which include the Heavy 2 update. Every language version has this except the English one.

I am 100% confident GW will get around to updating this error, but in the meantime if you're like me and love your Heavy 2 Typhoons, this is what you might have to do.

For the Emperor!
