I was doing something similar except using Grey Knights as the rules/base. Plus I wanted them to all have melee weapons as well as the shooty ones. your conversions are far beyond what I have done though. Especially the Terminators and the Dred. I dig em.

I was using those same katana as well but I think I'm going to switch to the Kromlech power ones once I get around to making a bitz order.

Earlier you were asking about using a different codex, have you thought about the Space Wolf codex? I'm using that for my homebrew SM army.

You should consider molding those bits you made and selling casts on eBay.

And space wolves would be a good option, just find some horses to use as mounts and you'd be golden!

I love the conversions and the greenstuff work is really really cool. I'd love to see some videos (maybe sped up - converting takes way too long and I see too many realtime vids on youtube ).

I love the heads they really make the models work, especially where you've mixed in the chaos parts. Colour scheme, your purply/red is totally amazing. Such a fantastic colour choice imo, especially with the gold mixed in. Keep up the awesome work, can't wait to see more

Loving it! As a longtime anime fan myself, this is making me tingle in all the right places. Rawr. Now, what I'd like to see is a squad of scout ninja with some kind of high tech blow pipes to represent sniper rifles, or kusari-gama if they're CC scouts.
