Yup. He's a converted Jackal Warrior.

Finished a Chaos Lord for use as a big bad-guy in my upcoming D&D game.

Next up, a demon model that I sculpted myself. Pretty happy with this guy.

That's a 50mm base, by the way. So this bad boy is pretty massive.

Love it! Suitably gribbly, great contrast between electro green tentacles and beaten armor

Built some more models for my D&D game. This time I found some old WHFB Empire stuff sitting around, and cobbled together some NPCs for my players to run into. The floating skull-faced baby and the Empire banner-top are going to be ghostly apparitions in D&D.

I also turned some extra Tyranid bits into a giant beastie for them to fight.

And, a monkey in a fancy hat.

Great work on the scratchbuilt demon. I really like the Tyranid re build as well. The D&D/WHF stuff is also pretty cool, especially the funky monkey.

Thanks a lot. The tyranid combo-beastie is going to be a sort of super-umber hulk for D&D. The Incredible (Umber) Hulk, as it were. LOL

Been a slow couple of weeks lately. SCA fighting season is back in full swing, and that's been eating up all my time.

Finished another couple of models for my D&D game. Not my best work, and the bases still need foliage, but I'm happy with them considering how much time I spent on them.

Cool looking stuff - are you typically the DM? Are the models chosen for specific scenarios/encounters, or just random cool fantasy stuff to mix into the campaign?

Relly dig that demon prince from a few months back. Excellent work and the red orb in the wizard is awesome

Azazelx, yeah, I'm the constant designated GM. Some of the models are generic, and some are purpose-built. Basically the further it is from generic sword & sorcery, the more likely it's for a custom encounter. The monkey, for instance, and the big green demon, are definitely specific NPCs.

Albanyadriel, thank you! A ton of work went into that guy.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Those two red-faced ghost things are meant to be the same NPC. It's going to start out as the baby version, and if the PCS either don't eliminate it, or help it along, it eventually grows up & becomes the larger version.

Started a new army project; The Angels Requiem. A successor chapter to the Dark Angels, with a color scheme based around the CDIV (the 404), my fighting unit in the SCA.

Our SCA heralrdy green & black, split vertically, with black over the heart. I love fighting, and I love my brothers & sisters in the 404, so I thought this army would be a great way to honor the unit, plus do something cool that ties my two hobbies together.

Here's a terminator I did as a test model:

LOL. Good point. Added a "The" to it, to break that up.

Amazing stuff, teenage me would suffer from explodin' brain if he saw these awesome fantasy minis pop up in a d&d campaign. Makes me wish I still lived near my old d&d pals…and that one of them was a expert sculptor and painter

Got some more work done on the Demons project. I got the bases done, repaired all the chipped paint from the re-basing, and finished my Herald of Tzeentch on Disc.

Here are some Flamers of Tzeentch I'm working on. My favorite is the guy whose head is on fire. His grumpy expression and flaming hat really capture the spirit of what I'm going for with this project.
