looks really really great. I like the nurgling swrm. Only negative is that I would have liked to see them jump over each other, but I guess it would have been difficult to make animation-wise

FWIW, "ARPG" or Action RPG is quite an old term that can broadly be summed up as "Diablo-ish".
Van Helsing was (is) also quite a good game.
It's also as relevant to N&R as Vermintide, Cyanide's Blood Bowl games or any other licenced GW game that gets discussed in this forum (pre-release, at least).

This is turning out to be more than just a click-and-slash ARPG! I wonder what it will be like to group up and run missions with other Inquisitors; maybe have to group up for some harder bosses/investigations?

Certainly looks good! I was thinking perhaps the only enemies would be Nurgle heretics but one of the screens showed Dark Eldar Raiders as the enemy, I likey dis, I likey a lot!
It would be sweet to be able to build an expendable retinue if you wanted to power your Inquisitor up as a minion controller, send in the next wave of acolytes!

Because they're probably charging for the beta access (whether preorder only or steam greenlight whatever)? I agree with you though on the first impression part. Hopefully it goes better than the Eternal Crusade game.
