CombinedArmy: More civilians - Maelstrom's Edge and Stargrave make good bodies that work for sci-fi civilians but we need more non-combat arms and poses. Carrying boxes, using tools, playing cards, you get the idea.
Panicked civilians - I've mentioned it before, I'll mention it again, people running, screaming, panicking, falling on their knees crying out to the heavens. Basically what we would all be doing if aliens/mutants/C'thulhu started heading down main street. Throw in some extra bits and you can have rioting civilians which might be more marketable.

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

I have been calling for plastic robots for years. Game companies must hate money.
I'd like them to come as androids such as the robots in I,Robot, and wheeled/tracked styles as in Lost in Space (Movie) and Wall E, and then floating bots, as in Black Hole. Oh and Fembots.....I want to do a space brothel.
More civilian dressed humans, armed, and unarmed. You can almost make a plastic Han Solo or Mal Reynolds from the plastic western gunfighters, but those darn neckerchiefs......
PlasticEldar Hawks, Spiders, Spectres, Hornets.
Plastic non Eldar Space Elves. We have WA space dwarves, now we need elves.
It will never happen, but a plastic line of classic Barbarians, which could be made into either Conan style barbarians and women, or John Carter style. The women wear the same slavegirl/harem girl in both genres!
Plastic Power Armor infantry as in Starship Troopers the book.
When I say plastic, I mean real plastic, not the awful Manticplastic.
Plastic Persian chariots would be nice.

You know, it is not real plastic if made by Mantic no matter if the kits itself are made by Archon or Renedra

40k - Seconding the vote for new plastic Eldar minis - especially filling in the gaps with the Aspect warriors - I'd love new Dire Avengers (I Know they're in plastic, but still), Warp Spiders, Swooping Hawks, and bring the Shadow Spectres into the world of plastic. Would also LOVE if Renegades and Heretics got a full release/rules, or at least a method of playing them as Guard with the ability to ally in Chaos space marines / demons.
AOS - I'd also love if the Lumineth got more to flesh out their other Temple ideas - the latest Warcry kit is a good start, but it's full of a bunch of things I don't really want or care for. Cities of Sigmar got a bunch recently, so that makes me happy, but it still feels limited in the new minis department for (although on par for where Lumineth was at first release).
Generic fantasy - the terrified / fleeing civilians would be awesome, as would some plastic wagons / carts with animals to go with them.

Just the guard...
Conscripts/Penal Legion - A set of 20 or so easy-to-build riflemen in jumpsuits or fatigues with rifles. Men and women, several body types, not heroic at all. Alternate heads with caps or with shaved heads and explosive collars. And of course rules for both units.
Tallarn (etc) - Done a Necromunda style 1 sprue set with bodies, special and heavy weapons. This could be done for all of the 2nd and 3rd edition metal regiments without much trouble. Do one a month, include a splash release with 50 for the price of 30 and you've got a stew going!
Transport truck - Not everything has to be the latest uber tank with more guns than it could every carry. A simple truck with a heavy stubber on the cab that moves 20-30 men would work great.
Jeep - Same thing, small, light, fast, carries 5-6 guys (new unit) has a missile launcher. Not uber but fun. And hopefully priced to move.
More baneblades! - This chart shows there's room for at least 13 more variants! Might I recommend a bunker (the Doomblade?) that you can make out of left over Baneblade hulls? And another one (the Doomshadow?) for left over Shadowsword hulls?

I, naturally, want everything above.
I also want to subscribe to this thread, so that I might also become desirous of what follows below.
Mantic has a few "robot" kits that might serve from their Dreadball range. Not the best models, but very customizable, and easy to swap out bits for stuff you might have lying about

Lord of the Fleet
|
What I expected
- Nightbringer/Deceiver
- Vespid
- Aun'va
- Yarrick
What I'm still hoping for
- More varied Daemon units
- WE Havocs (think Heavy Bolters, Heavy Flamers, etc)
- Please for the love of god give us something new for Thousand Sons that isn't lazily ported from AoS.
- Warp Spiders
- Remaining Phoenix Lords
- New DE Character (Malys, Slicus, etc)
On a non-Warhammer note, I hope one day Airfix will bring back the 1/48 EE Lightning and DH Vixen. Two of the best-looking planes ever made, and the best kits ever made for them.

So the Wonder Twins are thinking about D&D and that got me thinking about models and what to use. I'm fine on characters and big monsters but don't have many of the cannon fodder bad guys. Then I remembered this.
https://em4miniatures.com/en-us/products/orcs-assorted-x-48
48 monopose plastic orcs for less than a McDeath meal.
So more of these please.
Someone start making kits of just 20 or so kobolds, giant rats, zombies, skeletons and humans. One piece, easy to build, easy to paint.
Oh I love my modular kits, yes I do, but when one swordsman or rifleman is a half dozen to a dozen parts I don't went want to build them much less paint.
Those orcs, I'll spray paint them brown, drybrush the faces, add a detail or two and go.

Echoing a few others here, I want modular plastic robots with a variety of styles. I've been trying to find an affordable option for some postapocalyptic/futuristic robots and everything is mad expensive or very limited.
Mantic's Ro-Tek brutes dreadball team is as close as you get, and not bad price wise, but I can't find a supplier in the EU that has them in stock and don't order from the UK any more after some bad experiences with customs and stuff never arriving.

So while prepping for my DnD group to come back.....
Making as many monsters etc in plastic...
NO ONE except the Perry's makes plate armored humans in plastic, and theirs are 10% too small.
How? How can such iconic figures in warfare not have a plastic kit that fits with every other non Perry plastic kit?
How many dwarf kits are there? Skeletons? Napoleonics? Vikings????
Plate armored humans with 2 handed weapons and sword/mace/hammer and shield please!!!!!! Make them the same size as Fireforge/Wargames Atlantic/Oathmark!
