Not a Massive fan of the Horror Models and since i didnt fancy paying twice the price for 10 Metal Horrors than i did for 10 plastic Blood Letters (since they will only be lesser Deamons in my CSM Army anyway!) i decided to use Dryads instead. The Modells i feel are far more "horrifying" in themselves anyway but i wanted to keep the colours of the Horrors and make them a bit less tree looking!
C&C welcome as always!
Thanks!

I like this a lot. Totally doable fluffwise as well. I mean there must have been some forests that got swallowed up when chaos was unleashed on the world. And these could be as a result of that. Good job!

Hmm, I guess Im the only one that didnt see them as tree's. They just look like evil mutant demons to me. Tzeetch is all about mutation, more so then the other gods anyway.
Fkn great job mate

Very nice. I love the one in the third pic, with the heart on the front of it's chest. The paint job really brings out the detail.
Incidentally, this reminds me a bit of these, which always struck me as great demon models.
Clearly the dryad box has a lot going for it.

I may have to steal this idea. I've liked the idea of a full Tzeentch Daemon force but did not want to buy that many metal models, and I have always been a fan of the plastic Dryads as well.

Its Actuallynot a heart on its chest but another head! the Dryad box was lots of fun and so handy! since i only wanted to make 10 Deamons and you get enough parts for 12 full dryads in the box i had tons of spare heads arms and appendages to go round! i basically threw every spare arm and head at all the models! filed down all the leaves and really tree looking parts and went for a nice morphing colour scheme to help the models flow!

They look solid. If you added some bits and sculpting to make them really horror-y, it would be better, but as is they are good.
