Stern Iron Priest with Thrall Bodyguard

Its a very nice model the way it is, a shame to try converting it to a marine type.
I think you should either use him as an actual Inq ally, or use him as a "count as" marine HQ, make up some fluff about how he got a techpriest dragonscale armour or some ancient tech armour device under those clothes.
An armour of Nid exo-plates would probably be nice for your army fluff!
Maybe get him a backpack with either servo arm or that big device you get in the devastator pack (might make him look less out of place)

Hmmm...It may be hard to incorporate him into a unit of 'nid Hunters, but to start with you would have to remove all Inquisitorial iconography. Also, I suggest that you exchange the Inferno Pistol for a Boltgun or Tyranid war-trophy, as the Inferno Pistol would still link the model too much to Witch Hunters.

well, you could say he's wearing artificer carapace armor (3+ save), and is the captain of your chapter's 10th company.
to fit that in, you'd need to take a squad or two of scouts with heavy bolters, because they are designated nid killers with hellfire rounds.
so you could have a fluffy 10th company tyranid hunter list using that model, yes.

After the orbital strikes, Thunderhawk bombardments, Whirlwinds, Vindicators, fusion and starfire and finally Battle Brothers with flamers had finished cleansing the world of all the enemies of Man, we built a monastery in the center of the largest, most radioactive impact crater. We named the planet "Tranquility", for it was very quiet now.

Or just use him as a Scout Sergeant stand-in.
I've done something similar with a 'not-Commissar' model from Shockforce. Had a but of fluff that I wrote years ago about a Scout squad picking up the Commissar in their travels, as he was the lone survivor of a massacred Guard unit. He's not really 'in charge' of the unit, (more like barely tolerated, as they escort him back to Imperial lines) but stands in for the sergeant on the table.
