Going to start posting pictures later tonight. after attempting (and for the most part failing) to make a tzzentch styled army, i have decided to move to chaos undivided. my basic marines will have the same scheme (can be seen here http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/289007.page) However the focus of this army will be on modeling different types of marines (1k sons, Plague Marines, Bezerks...the works) i have a few done in each catagory and will most likely start off by posting my nurgley marines and maybe a nurgle possesd Rhino if i get around to painting anymore tonight. I'll keep you updated and will have some pics up tonight.

as far as comments go, please try to be constructive, but also be honest. I want to improve my novice painting skills and feedback helps a ton with that. Thanks

EDIT: as far as plasma goes, could i have some suggestions on some cool colors to use on the guns?

Maek moar black legion! Black legion is cool. Also, I tend to like the word bearers also. They're pretty neat. Easy to paint too.

I'm thinking about painting some black legion, however i'm still planning on focusing on using the scheme from my other csm army (the link is on the first post) i have some 1k sons and bezerks that i have wip and i may be able to get some wip pics up tonight

orange...so like orange with yellow dry brush? to give it a cool affect

Yeah, exactly. Or you could do: Macharius orange base, blood red in the ressesses, and fiery orange highlights, with a drybrush of sunburst yellow.

Dunno though. I've been doing green plasma because it looks good on black armor

im planning on adding a couple more layers of gryphonne sepia after i get the plasma on...i'm refrianing for now for the sole fact that i want to experiment a bit with other washes to see if i can add a better nasty looking color other then brown.

I haven't had a chance to paint anymore sadly :( i had family over for the past five days. now that they're gone i'll plan to have up a nurgle rhino and the last 2 plague marines in the squad by saturday if not sooner.

Right now the washes are staring to dry on the plague marines + Rhino so i'll have pics up of them in a few hours, but for now how about some 1k sons?

Nice work. I like the red coils on the maines. The maines and the rhino are pretty good. Better nurlge marines then I could ever do haha.

the nurgle muhreenz are actually very easy to paint, you just have to wait a while btween layers of paint. its all about using the right amount of washes after you do a little painting

Here is one of my zerks, i ran out of gryphonne sepia so i haven't been able to do the shading on the skull on his chain, or on his face so they look a little bland for now.

Sorry about the lack of updates, i just got home from a trip last night. my entire day today will be spent power leveling on wow and painting my figures (i'm livin the life) so i will hopefullly have some updates soon

Ah, ya' only live once, Power Levelling and Painting is the way to go.

It's funny, I was just about to suggest you used Gryphonne Sepia on the Berzerker, and then I actually read the Post.
