I want to replicate the classic and funny scared plasma gun guy. I have a spare missile launcher arm, but what about the straight arm? about the only one I can think of is the sternguard arm, but I don't want to burn a whole mini for one arm, especially a mini I can't use in my army.

I got a marine arm with chainsword in basically the same pose from bits n kits a while back. It's a left arm but there'll either be a right sided version or he could face the other way.
