Deepen the shading on the red. Since red is such a bright colour, most of it's definition comes from the shading, not the highlighting. Shine the brass up some more, highlight at least 1 more step. Paint the skulls a lighter colour too, more bone, not so brown. It'll help make them stand out more.

I agree. Painting his horns bone colors will also REALLY help make the model stand out.

ok, if i paint the horns bleached bone, what do i do after that that (do i dry brush some over that or put a wash on it)

With the red, do i just heavily dry-brush blood red over it?

With the red, wash it heavily, and then build the highlights back up. The shading is what's important, not the highlights.

I'd make the gold/brass trims a tad lighter. It needs some kind of contrast to be honest. It certainly looks good it just needs a bit more "kick".
