Hey all, so I just bought the High Elf Prince box and decided to mount the rider on a War Lion. Here are some pictures of mock ups I did just before.


Mind you this is all very WIP, and I also need to convert a type of saddle to go on the lion, to fill the gaps that show under the nobles legs. Any ideas or comments will be welcome, constructive critisicm, opinions, whatever.

Also, when I do something new to the model, I'll update this thread And as soon as I get it painted it will be up here as well

Not a fan of the head to be honest. Just doesn't seem right.

Did you have a look at the saddle that came on the horse and see if it was able to be removed. The horse most likely won't ever be able to be used but pfft who cares.

And you also need to find some epic rock to place him on. I know everyone does it but i mean come on, it's cause it's awesome. That and we all have sub conscious thoughts about The Lion King

Haha thats exactly what I thought when I was putting him together.
That head is a White Lion head which is why I used it, and I looked at the horse's saddle and I'm not sure how I could take it off without destroying it :|

Is there a HE head that doesn't have so many extras like the wings?

Also have you figured out a way to attach the WL cloak?

Lol no, their prissy homo elves haha. And it doesn't fit on, too bulky for the model.

Lol that's a shame on both accounts..

I'll have a look at the saddle tomorrow and see if I can figure something out
