Some plastic signage at the Friday's in which I work have turned into my budget scenery. I know it ain't pretty, but I like it! Especially since it is my first time using a dull razor knife cutting into thick plasticard... Still have to go to Wallyworld for the Krylon stone textured spraypaint.

Finland... the country next to Sweden? No! That's Norway! Finland is to the east! No! That's Russia!

I hope its not ready yet because you could use sand to represent fallen debris on the structure and maybe put some broken windows (made from GW blister packs) then it would be awesome now its just great.

No, just Nurgle and Slaanesh, Jesus will be sold seperately in a blister.

oh, hell no! I still have quite a bit of work to do. I just wanted to see what people thought of it so far.
I know that Games Workshop's scenery is some of the best made and best valued stuff they make, but I'm the kind of dork who wants to make stuff cooler... I'm in the middle of making an Imperial watchtower/bell tower, not sure which, yet. And I'm going to make a temple for a scenario game.
If I can score another piece of signage from Friday's, I'm gonna try my hand at some orkish buildings... I already have my eye on an icebucket at work that would make a neat Tau structure... Automatically Appended Next Post: plus I'm at a good stopping point on modeling. Waiting for my Land Raider Crusader!

another piece I built after the first one. this one involved more right angle cuts than my poor hands could achieve, so there's a lot of gap-filling that's gonna happen!

This is going to be the watchtower for a temple/cathedral I'm gonna build. I need a better blade and better ruler to guarantee the right angles for that puppy!

Actually, I picked up some more junk from work that might make an awesome Manufactorum of my own, just need some plastic tubing and some time... I fear the latter may be harder to acquire, but we'll see!!!

Edges are a bit clean for a torn up ruin. I'd go at them a bit more with the hobby knife and repaint before detailing.
