Oklahoma City, Ok.

I'm wanting to make a commissar out of the Command sprue "bus driver" capped head or the one from the vehicle sprue that is similar.
do they look close enough as is to every one, or not quite right? i admit they're not as peaked as the factory commissars. does it matter?
thoughts?

edit:
forgot the one from the baneblade kit!

I made a commissar styled LRBT a while back and think it came out all right. I just used the normal tank commander and painted it in black, gold and red. I haven't read anywhere that commissars always wears the same outfit.

I think it'll be great.

Just uploaded a shot of him:

And this is the guy in his context:

Oh, and I took the boltpistol from the command sprue since they are somewhat of a signum for commissars.

I think it came out all right.

Uhm, when thinking about it and seeing your first pic I'm pretty sure that's the head exact I used... I just didn't realize it until I saw both pics at the same time.

Shoulderpads hide the epaulettes.

Also, you're going to want to GS the coat a bit so that he at least has a giant collar, which will be gotten in the way of by the shoulderpads.
