Hi All,
These are pix of a 4 x 12 feet Apocalypse gaming table for Warhammer, RPG's etc. Check out YouTube for "Cool Apocalypse Gaming Table" to see a short video.

Digging it. I especially like the 40s style Buick in the tire shop.

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

Not bad

Could perhaps use a bit more colour + detail on the streets (line markings perhaps?) but otherwise a great board. Good work.

The repair shop looks like the garage from Invasion in MW2.

Nice!

Lotta love went into the details on that table.

I'm not like them, but I can pretend.

Observations on complex unit wound allocation: If you're feeling screwed, your opponent is probably doing it right.

^^^ It's those details that really make it, for me. It's a nice table and all, but I don't think it would be nearly as effective without the lived-in touch that the posters, street signs, and furniture in the rubble give it.

The posters on the corner give it a sort of 1984 feel to it. "Big Brother is watching". Very nice. I would like to see a bit more color but the lack there of also adds to that totalitarian feel. All in all, amazing work!

Thanks everyone.

This thing took an entire summer to build - working nearly evryday for at least an hour.

It was for a convention and so I had to rush. If I did it again, I'd give myself more time so I could add greater detail and as mentioned, colors.

Thanks again.

These are awesome, any chance you could take a pic of the whole thing? I checked your gallery and didn't see it.

The first four pics are almost identical to that one Vietnamese city map on Black Ops 1 multiplayer.

I'd love to play on tables like this and from other games.

Very nice, but what are the posters? I'd like to use them.

The posters are just pictures of futuristic, post war, and apocalypse poster images that I copied right from the internet. If you have access to a laser color printer you can put a bunch together on a word document, shrink them to the size you want, print them out and glue the paper miniatures right onto the wall. You could also use blank decal paper, but only if you need the images to be very thin in order to create the illusion that they were painted.
