So my friend bought some BFM SM One-posed figures and I'm supposed to turn them as CSM.

Here are starting pictures so everybody figures out what I'm talking about. These are one-posed models and cant be modified unless with scalpel and glue... and I have both

Here are pictures:

I have some parts of old skaven sprues and CSM sprues and I have time to do these today and tomorrow so it would be like 24 hours...

Let's see what I can do!

They say that you can't do a thing in a hurry, but I think these are pretty good as a CSM...

There are AC and guy with plasma cannon or something like that. As a personal icon of aspiring champion I used a standard from skaven plague monks sprue, which have been long long time in my cupboard..
I have to say that removing of aguila is most annoying job in this work.
There should be one melta too... I think I have to get my DE spikes and stuff in this project too.

ps: If you mix green stuff with revel miniature glue it becomes like solid green stuff which cannot be modified easily : D

Here is 2 models more! I think that I'm not able to make all of these as a servants of chaos because of that glue is really making me feel dizzy...
But! I'll try. I don't actually mind if someone would like to comment here... : D

These look interesting and I like the plasma gunner.

The one with the chaos marine head... hmm, the head doesn't fit snug to the body, it appears to be floating, you should work on the area of connection there.

Not bad for what you where working with. I to dig the plasma gunner and the AC. Both look great.

But the one with the head swap does look odd but hey its chaos he might just have a mutated long neck lol.

Other than that just looks like you went a little glue crazy on the left arm with the head swap. But so far I'm diggin it.

Well that head-swap-dude looks bit odd so I wondered should I just remake it totally. Instead of that I desided to paint it and it doesn't look as floating head as it used to... sorry about blurry pictures my hands are shaking!

Now I've sleeped well so back on the workstation!

How can I make those CSM Bolters for those BFM guys?

First I cut the original bolter from wrists and then I cut hands off from a bolter.

Then I take CSM bolter and cut the grip and front off and glue hands into the empty places. Like this:

And it is ready!

And atlast I got them all finished!
Here are pictures of last four. I forgot to take picture of the whole party, but if you have some imaginery, you can figure out how it would look like on the table.

I had an unused splintercannon from my DE, so I cut that grip of and glued it onto that bolter. Looks pretty and wasn't even hard! : D

These guys have some scrab made from cutting pieces of forexample bolters. So I glued that scrab on their legs, shoulder pad and backbag.

And here is a melta-guy and another guy with a head change. Luckily I got some organs to change with these guys : D now they are more CHAOTIC!!

And now, they are all ready. Thank you for watching! If you have some questions, I sure can answer for them.

And sorry for my english, it isn't the best! : D
