Hi, I finally got around to making new photos of my squads and models. The last gallery was more than a year old, and the photos were horrible, so I guess it's high time. Not everything has been photographed yet, just the stuff we had time to do. All the terrain was done by me and my friends.

Basic fluff for Tears of the Emperor chapter is that they are founded on the remnants of the Astral Knights, who perished in the battle against the World Engine. 6th Company of Astral Knights was in transit when Artor Amhrad sacrificed his Chapter to defeat the Necron abomination. When Captain of the 6th Company, Notker von Weyrach arrived, his Chapter was no more and his plea to the Administratum was dismissed - his men were to be sent away on a Crusade they'd all never return from. Marneus Calgar, Lord of Macragge, honouring the sacrifice of the Knights, pulled some strings and the Administratum allowed von Weyrach to rebulid the chapter. Their Fortress Monastery was gone, their Heavy Equipment and relics were given to the Sable Swords, but von Weyrach did not give up. Lord Calgar gave rights to recruit from Ultramarine worlds to the newly formed Tears of the Emperor, and the Chapter was started on its way back among the ranks of the Astartes. Calgar also sent Torias Tellion to train the Initiates of the Tears, and also provided 4 bodyguards for Weyrach, who was now to be the new Chapter Master.

Anyways, here it goes:

That's my Honour Guard, sent by Lord Calgar - I did not feel like filing off the details cause that would make the models look worse than they do now. Banner Bearer made by my sister, a student of Academy of Fine Arts, Warsaw.

Scouts , led by Torias Tellion. He also is a work of my sis.

Command Squad Lachost, led by Sergeant Lachost ( Storm Shield ), responsible for communications with the Fleet, and providing heavy anti-personel fire.

Terminator Squad Myrtaca, wearing the colours of the Astral Knights. Members of the 1st company wear different colours than the rest of the Chapter, to honour the fallen Knights. Most of them are also survivors of the 6th company led by Weyrach.

I plan on uploading my Infinity-made Sisters of Battle detachment later today, along with the Grey Knights, some machines, Sternguard, Assault and others, including the Officer Corps. If you liked this, check later for more

Also, more photos of these squads are in my gallery.

Great fluff writing Alkasyn.

Where did you get the terrain for the first terminator photo or is it home made, either way it looks amazing!

I like the background information about the Chapter. Its hard to see Calgar's retinue and not think of Ultramarines though, especially when they are painted blue. I think the contrasting halves on your terminators look great.

4250 points of Blood Angels goodness, sweet and silky W12-L6-D4
1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress
800 points of unassembled Urban themed Imperial Guard
650 points of my do-it-yourself Tempest Guard
675 points of Commoraghs finest!

Lord Helmet - "I bet she gives great helmet."

@ Element - well , these are the guys sent by Calgar to protect the fledgeling Chapter Master von Weyrach

And thanks about the Termies, I wanted to have a whole Chapter painted like that but Kubik there told me it would be too difficult to paint them like that as my first army

@RaptorsTallon - The terrain is home made by my sister and given to me for Christmas

Please no more blue.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

Ok, here's an update. I decided to get my newest models, e.g the Vanguard Veterans and my Chapter Master a go.

Here they are, made out of Death Company box parts and some other bits I had laying arund. The Sarge has got a Termie arm which counts as a relic blade.

They carry the colours of the Astral Knights, which makes them easy to distinguish from the rank and file troopers. Most of them are members of Weyrach's company and by carrying different colours they honour the fallen.

They also have modular backpacks which can be taken off to make them hitch a ride in a Rhino.

von Weyrach himself, the man who strives against all odds. Armed with a Relic Blade and a storm shield, his cloak is hand sculpted.

And here's the treat of the day some people were waiting for - my Infinity Sisters of Battle.

The squad is small so far, but I plan on upgrading it to 10 people.

Sister Superior Ludmilla, made of Morat Zerat Hacker.

2 Sisters on overwatch, made out of an Invincible and a Panoceania Swiss Guard.

And last but not least:

My not so radical Inquisitor Jenna, who believes that combating Necrons, Tyranids and Orks should be of more concern than the girly Eldar or Tau.

Her retinue.

2 mystics made out of Paizo Dungeons and Dragons wizard models. They are not too Grimdark, but in my Inq retinue I was looking for individualism, not Warhamerness.

3 Veteran Guardsmen accompanying the Inq, made out of Khador Widowmakers from Warmachines.

Hope you enjoyed it - next will be my Grey Knights and Sternguard, but that in due time.

I always thought Infinity models were too skinny to be good as power armor, but it doesn't seem so bad. The guns are an issue though. Replace them with bolters and some GW shoulder pads I think they'd pass

Son can you play me a memory? I'm not really sure how it goes...

I like them the way they are, as for me they all look similar, even tho I used 2 different Infinity factions. Adding bolters would also require sculpting and filing off as more often than not Infinity arms are given with guns as 1 cast off. Pads I dunno, they would be too beefy for my tastes, but they might suit your concept. Do try and see what works best and remember to show off somewhere

Anything that gets INFINITY some more exposure is a good thing!

Well done!

As long as special and heavy weapons stands out, I don't have a problem with that. And it's good to see some Sisters Of Battle, that are actually women ;]
