Painting a few marines with my trademark black with flames. Wanted to know what the pro's here on Dakka thought. I was considering painting my upcoming marine army in this colour.

Background for the chapter was an inquisitorial sanctioned chapter so the flames tie in with the burning flames of the inquisition.

Black and red is always gonna be a cool scheme, but you could do with getting some bigger pics if you want any real crit and advice.

^ Agreed, need bigger pics to really say much about them. But the flames, especially around the feet look pretty sweet. I really would like to see what you've done with the shoulderpads, from this distance they look neat.

Okay bigger pics, strange errors downloading so they're in word docs sorry. :(. He is going for his bolt pistol and I haven't worked out if he is going to be jump or normal so excuse base and lack of backpack. It is really just a painting scheme review .
