For a diorama i'm planning called the last stand of lucius wrath hammer , i need a figure , that looks to be issuseing a challenge , he diorama is going to be a warrior priest stood on a rock out crop with his back o a group of enemy warriors and said figure challenging him he either jumps and dies or accepts the challenge and dies .

That looks like a pretty cool option for the one issuing the challenge, I guess. The issue is going to be making it obvious that he's calling out the guy on the ledge and not telling all of his guys to attack. Maybe if you sculpt his other hand out, like he's telling his troops to stay put. But then where does that massive weapon go?

It sounds like a good idea for a dio, you just need to straighten a few things out if you choose that model.

yeah its just in the planning stages atm and hen i'm oing to drawn it out on a wooden display base.

You could have the troops forming a shield wall so its clear they aren't advancing? And have the challenger do the classic throwing a gauntlet down?

How are you gonna do the cliff face, are actuall gonna have the large base with the cliff on it, or just cut of the base to give the effect?

If you were to include models other than the protagonist and the challenger it would detract from the message.

How about just him pointing with several dead around him as if he's saying "You're next!" with said robed chap with his back to the cliff looking at the challenger rather than looking at the drop?

If any dude could be used as the challenge issuer, then Id recomend pretty much any of the dwarf slayer characters. They all look ready to intercept somthing big and scary and chop it to bits.
