So ask yourself this: if there is one person on Earth today who could pass for a Herald of Slaanesh, who would it be? I asked myself this, and came up with Prince, but as I can't sculpt jerry curls that well, I went with Lady Gaga, the obvious next best choice. I used the body from an "Inquisitor" scale 54mm assassin because I like my Heralds to be bigger than the regular Daemonettes, did some funky stuff with the hands, put a Hasslefree stripper on the banner pole (because really, why not?) and sculpted a Lady Gaga head to match the body. And the messed up part is, it actually looks like her. The banner is going to be another 3 inches high, to match my massive Khorne banner. I'll post pics as I paint. I might also add a few nekkid chicks to the base, just for good measure. And no, I won't be adding any machine guns on her nipples. Enjoy.

Ya know, it all makes sense now. I had always thought she was a shapeshifting she beast from outer space, and herald of slaanesh just fits the bill. I look forward to seeing this painted.

Love the idea. The sculpt has good resemblance to the doemonette of chaos in reality. Lady gaga is a plague and deserves nothing more than the recognition of the chaos gods....great work!

It needs to have a manhole cover with 'Haus Of Gaga' written on it on the base.

This thread is making me realize just how little I know about Lady Gaga. I may have to add a small package on there.

So I finished the Lady Gaga Herald of Slaanesh, with the dreaded "Banner of Nekkid Megan Fox and Suicidegirls." I'm pretty convinced that no matter now nicely painted my Slaanesh army is, I won't be allowed to play it at any games store that has children under the age of 17. Anyway, I'm just glad my wife likes my hobby.

She's not cross-eyed, it's just the angle of the banner. It's really wavy. I was trying to figure out how to deal with that but the only thing I could do would be to reheat the plasticard and reshape it, so alas, can't do much there.

I was never a fan of Lady Gaga or Marilyn Manson or any of the other shock-musicians, but that is a really nice mini.

As strange as it sounds, I really like how you shaded the back of the banner.

My only complaint is that this is the proverbial marijuana of slaanesh. It's the light and easy, soft and gentle slaanesh in order to get new advocates to join in on the bottom floor. Of course, we all know that the REAL slaanesh is what happens after you get involved with the proverbial "gateway drug" and are abandoned in an alleyway shooting heroine into your anus because all the rest of the veins in your body have rotted away. If you REALLY didn't want to be able to play around minors, you'd model it for THIS end of slaanesh.

In any case, this is well done and unmistakably slaanesh. Go, and convert many of the masses to the gread god of excess!
