Hey Dakka,

Me and 4 mates all went to GD yesterday, and walked away with a bunch of FW.

We decided it might be fun to see if any of us could build and paint (!) our stuff by Wednesday. Now i'm not saying any iof us are gonna do it but ill sure as hell give it a bash!

None of my friends have Dakka accounts, so i'll only be able to show finished pics (if there are any ) when i see them on Wed.

The list of models are:

- Ork Meka Dread
- Void Dragon Phoenix (a)
- Void Dragon Phoenix (b)
- Brass Scorpion of Khorne
- Tauros Assault Vehicle [Me!]

Me and the guy with the Meka Dread are probably the only guys who will make any progress (the others are notoriously slow/ not painters!) but well see!

@beezley: Hehe, oh ye of little faith! I've got these 3 days off anyway, so mine won't be rushed but i expect i'll be the only one to finish. Although the Ork guy is pretty damn fast so he'll most liekly do it as well.

This will be interesting as I love your work - will be fun to see the model fly together and paint itself in 3 days

Finished all the painting last night. Got until about 6pm to get weathering and chipping :\ Oh yeah, i need to do the camo as well

Now its just weathering powders and oil paint. Wish me luck for this stage cos its the first time i've tried them so... :\

Though one thing I have noticed is that the gunner seems to have been chopped in half
