Heavy: Vindicator with Daemonic Possession

Building the Aspiring Champions now.
Combi-Flamers and Powerfists, I will be adding more details to the conversions.

Most of the minis in the amassed army are very old paint jobs and a few I bought second hand so I didn't paint the really ugly ones.
3 are rather resent, i think you will be able to guess which ones.

Thanks, I was just thinking about building a new work desk, paint booth and shelving more suited to minis and models than these old computer desks.

Will be turning out some great looking Tzeentch troops real soon, just getting used to painting again after a really long break (12 years or so).

I started playing around 1990 I guess and have kept most of my minis, the Thousand Sons are really beat up after so many years.
The red plastic minis are some Chaos troops from the old Space Crusade board game I think...I was going to use them as Chaos Cultists back when they were an option for cannon fodder.
The old school Flamers and Horrors do look like comic book characters.
The painting style has changed so much in 10 plus years...more of a real look vs. comic book art that I'm getting caught up to the new style.
The styrofoam cartons in the photos on the shelf are full of more 40K Chaos minis from the 90s as well.

The best thing about Chaos minis back then is the divers style.

@ Mad4Minis, The design of the old Chaos stuff either looks good or looks like hell, thanks for the comment.
I was thinking of selling most of the old minis but it would be cool to paint and keep them for prosperity as well.
Does anyone play retro games of 40K that these figs would fit?
