I know the face looks a bit weird butt you'l probably agree that painting faces is just plain hard.

95% of teens would go into a panic attack if the jonas brothers were about to jump off the empire state building, copy and paste this if you are the 5% who would pull up a lawn chair & grab some popcorn and yell JUMP BITCHES!!!!

You should give the white armor a wash, and darken the teeth, white is a color that you almost never get to use when painting mini's. Better than my fourth model though.

This discussion is absurd. The mental gymnastics on display here are appalling. The combat familiar gives the DP two attacks with a specific profile. The special rule modifies the DP's attacks, no matter how it got those attacks. The CF's attacks are at AP 2. Anything else is stupid.

Good start you have there as Adanis said try giving the model a good wash I think the whole thing would benefit from it greatly then reapply the highlights like you have done on the back pack should look good, other then that try thinning your paints a little if your using GW paints water works fine several thin layers will give a smoother finish over all takes longer but it's worth it. By the way love the blood running down his leg nice and gory.

Everywhere I'm not supposed to be.

The gory chainsword is probably the best part of the mini, next to the backpack. The white looks REALLY think, but that could just be from the lack of shading/photographing against a white background. Not tryin to knock your skills, just a few observations. Keep up the painting, you can only get better.

If you need me, I'll be busy wiping the layers of dust off my dice.

Great work, I would try to thin that white a tad. Also I hate painting faces one of the reason most of my army is a helmet only army.

First of all thanks alot for the commenting on my model . and yes you are right the white is very thick. I used the wrong undercoat on the model is used black while white would be vastly easier .

Thanks for the commenting . At the time i painted the model i didn't have any washes, but i do have them now . But wich colour should i take? black i guess?
I also agree that some highlights needs some reapplying .

Would I come across as a dick if I said that it's quite easy to learn a basic face-painting method?

I mean c'mon, we're talking about a primer, a wash and a highlight...

Oh lord thin those paints. It looks like that mini is caked under a solid centimeter of gunky paint. Prime the model white and give all the armor a very light blue wash in the recesses. Faces are easy - just paint the area with the skin shade of your choice and give it an Ogryn Flesh wash. Paint the eyeballs white if you really just want to be simple with it.

For future faces:

(obvioulsy you undercoated the model)
1: Dwarf flesh
2: Ogryn flesh wash
3: Dwarf flesh on raised areas leaving the ogryn flesh visible in recesses
4: Small black lines in the eye sockets
5: 2 small white dots in the eys leaving a black line in the centre for pupil (I use a 20-0 brush for this)

Here's one I did years ago that shows the eyes well
