Excellent! You did a great job making that yellow not look like the sun or yellow/brown. Very well done!

Yellowness is directly proportionate to awesomeness, I don't think anyone's disputing this. Great job all round, good to see a nice muted yellow.

Very nice looking. I probably would have used some black in with the Delvan Mud wash, but that would have given it a more cartoony look, and I really like how yours turned out.

The robotic leg looks fine to me. At first inspection, I do agree that it appears a bit long, but when you measure point to point and compare to the other leg, you can see it's the lack of armor on it that make it appear longer.

Heffling cheers dude yes your right the bionic leg does look a little longer but like you said if you measure it point to point it is the correct lenght cheers for your comments

Great looking stuff. Wish I had the patience to paint like that.

Heres an idea to try for a future robotic leg..do it in the style of the imperial titans and dreds. Cut a lower leg in half (front/rear) and use the front half to cover the front of the lower leg. It will leave you with an armored front and open rear, similar to the way some of the titans and the dreds look.

Well done. Yellow is just the worst, but you do it well. Imperial Fists can either look like garbage, or look like yours. Great job!

That yellow looks great, its not too bright but not too faint. I play Alaitoc Eldar, and I often use too bright of a yellow on their helmets. Good job!

Eldar (Alaitoc): 2,500 pts
Space Marines (Salamanders): 1,500 pts

This is beautifully muted.

Its great to see someone paint space marines like they are not on the page of a comic book.

Loving the muted yellow on those guy's, looks like you've really nailed it with them. The faces are nicely understated as well. Good job altogether

Ha! I kid, I kid.

The only flaw I can see is it looks like Mr Bionic Leg is having a real mean poo squat. RAAAGGHH!

Edit: Best yellow painted marines ever. Hats off to you sir.

I applaud anyone who can take on yellow and get it to work. I've seen very few yellow painted models that actually manage to get an even and solid covering. Well done mate.
