Quick and easy head swap for a local Cryx player who gives me their french fries all the time. The request was for just the skull head, no hat, but I like the hat, so I hollowed it out a bit and made it an optional bit in case they change their mind. And I would like to point out, for the record, that I ripped the original head off with my bare hands, no knife or clippers or anything. Grrrrrrrr manly strength!

Training sheep, Stocking Urchins.

Cool, but the grainy image is hard to make out. Is it for any particular army or is it a show piece?

Pretty Cool, I want to do something similar too...Gorman is pretty much a Cryx model .

Much lovin' with so many medium based casters in that faction.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

Picture doesn't look really at all grainy to me. Bit of a glare on the details due to the shiny silver metal. You can click on it for a larger view if you need to.

It's a Merc fig for the game Warmachine, going into a Cryx army.

Technically, I did the requested conversion without using the Dremel. I ripped off the head with my bare hands (grrrrr manly strength!), cut off the skull's neck with a hobby knife, cut the head off the hat with a hobby knife, and a teeny tiny bit of green stuff to give the head a flush place to sit on the neck and presto. I only used the Dremel drill to hollow out the hat in case she changes her mind and want to have him wearing it. Current plan is to have it hanging on his back, and thus having to dehead it.

It is Technically not actually finished yet. Green stuff doesn't have a particularly good bonding strength, so after it's set I'll pop the head back off and then glue it on.
