Its a good idea, but just dosn't look grim dark enough, needs rivets and lots of them, IG tanks tend to be more blocky than that.
ATM it just looks like a moden tank with a IG gunner, autocannon and a few odd 40k items attached...sorry I can onlyoffer critism and no solution, thats the problem with modern tanks, they only work well as orks cause you can cover them in bitz!

Not bad, a bigger plough might look more fitting though..

I agree, have a look at the plough on the tank in this thread http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/321861.page, something like that might be more appropriate imho.

I saw that, good ploughage, although the eagle/duck coming out of the front is a bit much.

Thanks for the input. I guess what I was trying for was the discovery of a cut off world that had not only had traditional IG equipment, but as they where cut off from Terra for so long had developed a few of their own designs. The great thing about the Warhammer Universe is just that, thousands of human worlds have yet to be rejoined to the Imperium. So it allows for some slack in tank designs. But I was never much of a purist anyway. I agree with the plow needing to be larger, I'll look for a good plow to replace the standard IG plow. Thank you again for your input.

The problem with this and similar builds is partly that the style doesn't match other IG vehicles but also that it doesn't deviate so far from the converted model that it looks like an entirely new vehicle. The kit looks like what it is; a Patton tank with a few IG bits stuck on.

Again what you say is true, thanks for the input. I guess so long as I like it and my boys down at the gaming store like it that's all I'll concern myself with.

Well that's ok, I'm certainly not suggesting you don't use it, I'm just making a general comment on the appearance.
