I have a vulkan he'stan model and using greenstuff and creative mistake covering I plan to turn him into a wolf lord
here is a kind of plan thing:
rotate his arm upright and add a thunder hammer end cut of the speary part
cut of the flaming backpack part
greenstuff his cloak and tabbardy groin cover thing
also remove his forge fist thing arm and add a custom thunder hammer or storm shield
paint him and basically try to disguise that he was vulkan

Seriously, could look good if you try hard enough. Look into Warmachine Khador (Seigemasters?) Their the big red dudes in what looks like power armor. They have massive hammers that look awesome as Thunder Hammers.
I had time on my hands and a new sharp metal cutting knife so I began work.
