I have a problem... I'm trying to make predator miniatures with the GW plastic/metal kits and with as little use of green stuff as possible.

This. Also check out Old Crow Models...they make some predator styled minis, and a cool feature is you can buy them in clear resin to simulate being cloaked.

If you dont want to buy the pre made soluntions then I suggest your get familiar with green stuff and sculpting. I'd probably base the model off of either a standard Space Marine or a Necron Pariah or maybe a mix of both.

Hmm... The eldar or the kroot one might work pretty well since they both have rastas and such. The eldar just needs a more sinister and predatorish look and the kroot needs clothes so i'll have a go on both.

I saw someone do a cross between a striking scorpion - the dreads, gotta love the dreads and a Dire avenger for the shoulder mounted targetter - then he put into a crouching posture and it looked much like a predator.
v cool model, but I cant remember who it was.
