looks like scab red with a mix of mechrite red imo

Yes id say mechrite red mix with maybe a wash on top...??

I would say mechrite red, with soft blazing orange highlights, and a good wash of Devlan Mud.

Definitely Mechrite Red as a basecoat, possibly highlighted with Blood Red and washed with a Baal Red/Devlan Mud mix.
