They both seem quite similar. The red cross on a white background features heavily in both.

"Praise Be To The Omissiah!"

"Three things make the Empire great: Faith, Steel and Gunpowder!"

Expect my posts to have a bazillion edits. I miss out letters, words, sometimes even entire sentences in my points and posts.

Storm Ravens for me. The other looks too much like a Dark Angel.

Agree with Falling Airborne. The second one looks too much like a Dark Angel. First one is nice, though.

The covenant of the eagle, i like it, maybe try to make it less angelish, but it's still a good idea

I really like the color tones on the first one. the alternating shoulder insets seem a little wierd too my eyes like i might like them better matching on the sides. But that might just be my eyes.

The darker marines will look better on paper. However bright mini's tend to look better when on the gaming table. It really depends what you're going for?

Dark marines have been done too many times IMO. Plus, Im a sucker for bright colours.

I voted for the eagle because the first scheme seems to busy to me

4250 points of Blood Angels goodness, sweet and silky W12-L6-D4
1000 points of Teil-Shan (my own scheme) Eldar Craftworld in progress
800 points of unassembled Urban themed Imperial Guard
650 points of my do-it-yourself Tempest Guard
675 points of Commoraghs finest!

Lord Helmet - "I bet she gives great helmet."

It looks like a dark angel because it was the guardians of the covenant successor chapter which i looked at wrong and saw it how it looks above, thought i could make my own chapter for the scheme

The first scheme is far too busy for my tastes. He looks like Captain America, interpreted through a Space Marine, and could probably be politely described as "garish" - but maybe that's what you're going for.

The second one looks very much like a Dark Angel, but then again so would a Salamander in a robe. It doesn't really stand out in any special way, and is better then the first one by simple virtue of the first one being so poor.

I see USA SM and Dark Angles minus their cloaks and Hoods. Or Salamanders with a cape.

I like The Covenant of the Eagle.

I like the red and blue of the Storm Ravens but I think they might look better done in quarters or something.
