For the other parts , i used some transistor pieces , a G.I.JOE backpack , some wire and plastic pipe.

EDIT: I am curious as to how you did the blood effects. I'd like to try my hand at something along those lines.

Usally i'm using near dry red glass paint for old blood effect , it really works ! . For fresh blood , mix of blood red paint and some glue plus varnish .

That build is just made out of lulz and win - mostly lulz!

Great result, man! Never thought about using lego for more than terrain... But i doubt i'd be able to fit anything onto my 'nids, tho'!
