Nice can of Red Bull there. Try using your camera's Macro setting (should be a button with a small flower) so we can give a more informed opinion with focussed pics.

Damn dude now that you ahve clear pics up im really liking this guy, love the flames you put on his gun

And as for yellowing his teeth... im not that good with sujesting washes but im using oghren flesh(wash) on my nids over rotting flesh and it really makes it pop for a sickly colour, but yeah any brownish or yellow wash should give his a more orcy appearence on the teeth.

Much better. I second the issue of the pearly whites. I tend to go for a Bleached Bone base for teeth, gives them a tinge of yellowness then

Ork teef are white from gnashin' on 'Uuman an' Panzee bones!

Very well done for a first model. The bitz are over the top, which is just perfect for a Warboss. Only recommendation I'd offer is less shiny paints, seems very glossy.

Thanks for the positive feedback and tips, its not as shiny as the flash made it seem but i'm still going to go over the skin and make it more matte.

Looks pretty good for a first. Id say thin your paints down by almost half, as yours looks a bit thick. Thats really the only tip I could give you. I think its neat you carved up those chainswords and used them backwards. I always used them blade side down when I made a PK out of them, never thought of shaving the backs into a blade. This was the biggest chainsword/klaw I ever did, hope it gives ya some type of inspiration

By all means go ahead lol. Its a normal PK, obviously 3 chainswords and the base is just the "shoulder pads" that come in an Ork boyz box glued around it. Bulks that sucker right up. And it only seemed right to give that badass to the nob that gets the WAAAAGH! banner

this is an awesome conversion, did you use chaos swords for the klaw? I would like to do the same for a big mek power klaw.

The top two are just SM chainswords, but the "thumb" is the tip of a chaos chainsword. It really wouldnt matter too much as far as the tops go as long as they are the straight variety. You might get away with a strait one for the thumb, but it just looks better IMO

Good luck on it

Two flamers + shoota = rawr.

Nice job on a first time conversion weapon. I don't like the ork sigil on top of the gun, but orkz iz orkz after all.
